Our Care Coordinator, drawing on her years as a Registered Nurse, takes a holistic approach to resident wellness. Ongoing check-in with Care Companions as well as her direct interactions with residents enable her to observe changes and share them with the entire care team. You can be assured that every effort is made to maintain optimal health.
Transitions
We know that transitioning into a new home can be very stressful. We work diligently to ensure that you are comfortable in your new surroundings. This includes keeping family close. You can invite them to join you for dinners, BBQs, lunches, birthday celebrations or even take part in any of our activities.
